Thank you for the update, and for your wonderful organizing skills!
National harbour works well, I think.
I would be willing to present/lead a discussion at one of the meetings about my experience this sailing season as a skipper and finding/managing crew. Many women approached me during the season, very curious about what it was like to handle my own boat, and wishing they had the confidence to do the same. It might be a good "girl power" discussion!

In September, we had talked about a November meeting in lieu of the October meeting, but I'm going to forego a November meeting - just too busy with other "boat" things and the holiday season is upon us earlier and earlier.
We'll pick up in January through March (or even April if we can talk Janet Crowder into another brunch!) with winter Sunday brunches. Unless someone comes up with a better/newer place, we'll continue at The Public House at National Harbor, Oxon Hill, MD.
I'll pick dates and keep you posted. If you have any topics you'd like to focus on, please let me know. Same with guest speakers you've met who might join us. OR, we can just get together and talk about sailing or other general topics!
Look forward to seeing you at the HHSA Holiday Party at Kathy Borchelt's on Dec. 10th! Check the HHSA calendar for details and to register.
Happy Thanksgiving - we have much to be grateful for - and thanks for your support this past year - hope you enjoyed it!
