Subject: Governor's Cup Race <<$200806375931$>>
Ahoy HHSA racers!
Typically HHSA is well represented in the overnight Governor's Cup race. For 2018 there are two course options; the traditional 68.6 nmi course from Annapolis to St. Marys, and a new shorter 42.7 nmi course from Solomons to St. Marys which starts at the mouth
of the Patuxent River. HHSA has received an inquiry from the Southern Maryland Sailing Association (SMSA) asking if we'd like to have some type of club wager on the race. Before your Board considers such a wager, we would like to know how many HHSA racers
would be interested in the shorter Solomons to St. Marys course?
Please respond to this forum with your intentions regarding which Gov. Cup course you plan to race.
Thanks - Ted

The shorter race sounds fun, but Delirium is geared up for the longer one.
