Hi Hank,

My watch gets synched with the RC clock. So, II start it with the first class and it counts down starting at 10 min with the first class, then 5 min with the second class, and then rolls over into stop watch and tracks time. It was 54:22 when we went pass A, and after no horn I gave a shout out and when it went they responded I looked at my watch it was 54:35.

Cheers,

Doug
Doug,

Your elapsed time was recorded as 55:34 not 54:34.  The race committee  records finish times, the computer calculates the elapsed time.  I'll change the finish time.  You check your elapsed time.

Cheers,
Hank

Maybe there was a transposed note?

We also had a late call over the line because the RC had their back to us and we were well over when crossed. I had to shout out "do you have us?"

Then then they turned around and a few second later gave us a horn and shouted "got you." Which was 54:35 and my transom was across and clear at that point.

I heard Tuanis on the radio a moment before we crossed, identifying themselves.

I'll make the change.  You caught me just before I was reposting for another issue.  Thanks.
