Ted, thanks for letting us know but you didn't miss anything. The link has not always been available. When PHRF updated their site at the beginning of the 2018 season, they did not have the link to the full certificate. This link is new after I downloaded my 2018-2019 certificate. At first, they only had a link to the summary format and I never thought to go back and check for a link to the full certificate. Happy to see that they added the full PDF certificate links to View/Save. I will update my posting of WHOOSH's full certificate on the HHSA PHRF forum at the beginning of the 2019 season.

Ahoy HHSA Racers,
For those who have been disappointed with reduced information available on the PHRF certificate summary that is displayed on the PHRF web site valid list, I have learned that the full certificate has always been available. After opening the certificate summary via the valid list, just click on the view pdf button located above the certificate summary.
