HHSA Racers,

A frustrating night on our Bay. Racing starts were delayed due to weather concerns, the wind died after frontal passage, and the Non-Spin fleet's race was abandoned due to failure to meet the 2 hour time limit for the lead boat. Enclosed are the results. If you have any questions or changes, please let me know.

Did I read the HHSA rules correctly, 17.c.5, since no NS boats finished before the RC abandoned the race, there is no scores for NS.
