Ahoy Racers!
The annual PHRF delegates meeting is November 10 in Fredericksburg, VA. David McCullough will represent HHSA as he has done for several years, unless anyone wants to succeed him. If any racers have any PHRF concerns you wish David to bring up at the meeting, please post to this forum.
One I have is to restore issuing the full PHRF rating certificates. Otherwise how does any owner know that there are no errors, even transcription errors, in the data PHRF has? Or at least include the SA/D ratio on the simplified certificate which HHSA uses to segregate our non-spinnaker classes.

Ted, thanks for posting. I agree with your concern about restoring the full PHRF certificates. Not sure why they switched to a summary format.

Ted I agree, posting of full certificates is important. I am also concerned some sails designs are not meeting the PHRF rules. The about of ROACH on a jib on some boats I have seen elsewhere make we wonder.
