Prag Katta, US Sailing Performance Sailing Instructor, US Sailing Level 3 Coach will present US Sailing Racing Rules and their application to HHSA races.

The presentation will engage participants through exercises and simulations and the use of model boats.

The seminar will also cover courtesy and unwritten rules to guide cruisers and racers sharing the same body of water.
