I renewed my ORC Certificate for 2021 racing. This year they included polars and speed tables at no additional cost. This is often a $200-500+ expenses alone and it came with the $75.50 ORC renewal.
More expensive than the Chesapeake PHRF Certificate, but less than the ORR-EZ cert. Neither of those includes polars.
