After starting last Friday morning in Annapolis, Allegiant finished in Newport RI on Monday evening, covering the 743 NM in 3 days and 8 hours.
In a very competitive ORC 4 Fleet Allegiant was 5th of 10. Congratulations to Bert Bossar and his crew for completing this grueling race and for an excellent result!
Looks like Allegiant is still in Newport. We wish them a safe delivery back to the Chesapeake and look forward to seeing them on Herring Bay for Club Races soon.
