Congratulations Joe on an exceptionally long and successful HHSA racing career! It is people like you who have given HHSA its rich and satisfying racing history over the years. As the founders of HHSA racing gracefully retire, let's hope that the next generation will continue their legacy.

Joe,
You will be greatly missed out on the race course. I learned quite a bit from watching Carolina Blue back when my family first stared racing (2009?). You were one of the boats that inspired us to move up to Spin B. I always enjoyed the challenge of racing against you!
Let me know if you would like to jump aboard Salute from time to time next season, it would be an honor to have you.
Fair winds and following seas,

Jeff Bowen

Second Wind will not be out there because I sold the boat yesterday ( to a nice guy who will be moving her to the Deltaville area of the Bay).
A bittersweet moment for me. I joined the club in 1986 with Amazing Grace, an Alberg 30, then Carolina Blue, a J 30, now raced by Gerry Perez and Ian Hill, which we raced from the late 90s until 2014, and finally Second Wind.
It has been a great run, as they say. Thanks, guys. I will miss being out there on the water with you.
Joe

Hank,

Thanks for the heads up. Was thanking Kent for taking on RC again.

Weird stuff with email ... sorry.

Keith

The email from Keith is blank.  Will see you all out on the water tomorrow.

Cheers,
Hank

Hi everyone, Glissade will be your RC tomorrow. We plan to be on station by 10:15-10:30. It looks like it will be a nice day. We are going to be a bit short handed on RC so try to be patient. For check in please come by and announce your name and class. While we may be able to use sounds along with flags prior to the start we probably will not use a sound at the start other than someone on the radio counting down. Flags will be used.

See you tomorrow

Kent
