HHSA Regatta Sailing Instruction Amendment 1

Hi folks,

Given the limited number of boats intending to participate in the Regatta (aka registered) and RC boat resources, I’m going to alter the SI’s to use the Wednesday Night courses for the 2-3 planned races. This will simplify things for the RC. I pinged the Competition Committee who thought that was a good plan.

I should have the Amendment posted on Wednesday.
