Racers,
I have posted the updated results from last night’s race on the Race results page. It is also linked here.
2024_WNR_Series_1_Race_5 results
With just one more possible race to go in Series 1 of the Wednesday Night Races, the competition for the winner in every class is still up in the air. In the class with the most boats, the Non-Spin Racing class, there have been a total of eight different boats show up for at least one race. There are currently three boats within 4.0 points of one another. Any one of those boats could still win that class. In the Spinnaker class there have been seven different boats racing, with most of them making it out to all of the five races, including last night when the weather kept a few boats at the dock. The Spinnaker class has three boats within 3.5 points of one another. Any one of those three boats could win the series. Finally, the Non-Spin Cruising class has seven different boats that have participated in at least one race. As a result of race five, the top three NS-Cruising boats are only separated by 0.75 points. One of those three boats will take the series. For each of the three classes, there are are still three boats that could win the series. It should make for an interesting final week. Be sure to come out and race on June 12th.
Stay Tuned!
