I dunno Bert, I feel you'd be remiss to not fly a kite under wind conditions that would spawn a tornado!

Doug, I am sure you are aware of the Spin fleet for CHESSS. 6 boats including Allegiant. If you can't get enough non-spin, hoping Revolution will just race Spin. FWIW, most likely Allegiant will not hoist a kite unless its absolutely necessary and egregious not too do so. Hope to see you out there.
