Congrats to Doug Ellmore and team for notching a 1st place in the CRCA-ORR Racing Cruiser Class on Saturday.
Not bad for the first race in a new boat!

Thanks David! Stev and I got on the boat to sail for the first time 6am that morning.
The race back we got a 3rd, I was 2min late and very conservative to the line and I made some point of sail errors on the deeper broad reaching runs after Eastern Bay that cost us some time in non-spin mode.
But a good learning experience on the new boat for my 1st mate Steve and I.
