I appreciate the opportunity to represent HHSA. Please find attached meeting notes from the CBYRA meeting on 12/10/2022 held via ZOOM. This is a mashup of my notes with that from others who attended the meeting.
Bottom Line Up Front:
This was the first meeting with a new slate of delegates for 2023. The end of the meeting included motions to accept the returning board. This is not in my notes.
I believe there could be additional opportunities for the Women’s regatta in promotion and scheduling, opportunity to assist in race results, and a proposed customer relationship management communication tool for promoting to their some 4500+/- constant contact members.
I will forward draft Green Book info out to help schedule our events, including the timing and promotion of the women’s regatta.
