This session will cover how to put a good sailing team together, roles in the boat, and how to effectively train and improve boat performance.

Emily Manders, skilled racer and skipper of JUBILEE, will lead the training. We will be joined by Dawn Riley, the first woman ever to manage an entire America’s Cup syndicate, the first American, man or woman, to sail in three America’s Cups and two Whitbread Round the World races (including on Maiden).

We will do a breakout session for skippers and sailors looking to crew and talk through finalizing teams for our June 11 Women's Regatta.

Even if you're not looking to race in the Regatta, come along and learn!
